Important Tax Information
Some significant dates in the Tax Cycle are coming soon: August 1st
- 2013 assessments will be available on the Supervisor of Assessments website - assessor.wincoil.us
- It lists, by township, all assessment changes for 2013 and will be available on the same website.
- The 2013 Board of review complaint form and complaint filing rules will be available on the Board of Review website - bor.wincoil.us. These forms will also be available in the Supervisor of Assessments office.
- The Board of Review will start accepting assessment complaints.
- Assessment notices will be delivered to a suburban post office. These notices will only be sent to property owners whose property assessment was changed by the Township Assessor.
