Motocross and Xtreme sports facility. She has worked in many different elements of real estate- in the Title, closing, contractual and Rentals and has always wanted to take the next step to becoming a Realtor. Monthly News & Tips for the Dickerson & Nieman Realtor The homeownership rate continues to hover near its all-time low, with little sign of improvement from last quarter (or even last year). In Q2 of last year the rate dropped to its lowest level since 1965.

Rockford Area Realtors Young Professional Network held their 3rd Annual Epic Water Battle and Fundraiser on June 16, 2017 at the Mercyhealth Sportscore Two. Many Stateline realtors came out to participate in the fundraiser. The goal is to raise $25,000 to build a youth play area on Minns Drive in Machesney Park. Last year's Rock the Block event raised money for the refurbishment of Centennial Park and a mural on Jefferson Street Bridge. Congratulations to all teams!
