We are proud to announce that Amanda Handley is a new member of Dickerson & Nieman's team!
Amanda has owned rentals in the Rockford area for over 10 years. She is the Marketing & Events Specialist and HR VP for Caps Garage (4 years) and the Site Director for Harlem Community Centers Summer Reading Program (seasonal). She says she became a Realtor because real estate is in her bones- it is her passion. She loves every part of real estate – from the history & architecture to the renovations & design process to the new beginnings & life changes that real estate provides. She is honored to be a part of the real estate industry.

We are proud to announce that Linda McGinnis is a new member of Dickerson & Nieman's team!
Linda McGinnis taught special education for 17 years, with a few years off to raise her kids. Linda became a Realtor because she loves all aspects of a home- building, designing, decorating. When she decided she was ready for a change, she thought she would follow her passion and helps others find their perfect home.
Linda has been married for 26 years to her husband, Eric, whom she met while attending Michigan State University (Go Green!). They have two boys, both in college this year, Connor and Ryan, and a yellow lab, Baylie. Linda enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking and attending fitness classes. She also enjoys reading both novels and non-fiction, and relaxing in the sun.

Meredith has over 4 years of retail/customer service experience. She is currently working at Blackhawk Bank and she often helps fill in at Crimson Ridge. Meredith became a Realtor because she wanted to start a career at a young age. She likes to stay busy and work hard to meet her goals. Meeting new people has always been exciting for her. She can't wait to guide clients through the process of buying or selling their homes. She wants to help make dreams come true.
Meredith grew up in Capron, IL and is currently living in Roscoe, IL. Meredith loves to spend time with family & friends, hiking, kayaking, traveling, water skiing & tubing. She also enjoys four-wheeling and just being outdoors!
