We are proud to announce that Deborah Laudicina is a new member of Dickerson & Nieman's team!
Deborah has been a Realtor for 1.5 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Deborah came from a twenty-seven-year sales management job. She decided to make a "BIG INVESTMENT" in herself and pursue her childhood dream to be a Realtor. Real Estate, whether it be buying, selling or investing or one of life's biggest investments. Deborah has personally experienced the average transaction and realized that clients are looking for more than just being the average transaction, they need the experience.
Deborah is a mother of three boys and have known her husband for thirty-one years and counting. She takes commitment and investment seriously. She is a person who cherishes the simplicity ln life with an edge. When you have an experience with her, you will see it in her result...

Welcome to Dickerson & Nieman, Linda McGinnis!
We are proud to announce that Linda McGinnis is a new member of Dickerson & Nieman's team!
Linda McGinnis taught special education for 17 years, with a few years off to raise her kids. Linda became a Realtor because she loves all aspects of a home- building, designing, decorating. When she decided she was ready for a change, she thought she would follow her passion and helps others find their perfect home.
Linda has been married for 26 years to her husband, Eric, whom she met while attending Michigan State University (Go Green!). They have two boys, both in college this year, Connor and Ryan, and a yellow lab, Baylie. Linda enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking and attending fitness classes. She also enjoys reading both novels and non-fiction, and relaxing in the sun.

We are proud to announce that Patti Roman is a new member of Dickerson & Nieman's team!
Prior to joining our team, Patti worked at Salvage by Sonya for 5 years and Chico's for 8 years. She has many years of experience in customer service. Patti became a Realtor because she would like to help people find their perfect home.
Patti grew up in Elmwood Park. She is currently living in Rockford. She is married and has 5 children. Patti enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, walking, and traveling.
