It'll be a fun event for the entire family as they've coordinated around the Rockford Ski Broncs practice session in Loves Park. The Rockford Ski Broncs are a world-class water ski team. The picnic starts at 6p followed by the Ski Broncs at 7p. Don't miss this year's event!

Johanna has worked for the Secretary of State for 31 years. She was licensed 8 years ago and decided that now that her kids are older it would be the right time for her to get back into the real estate business. Real estate has always been a passion of hers. She enjoys working with people and helping them find the home of their dreams. Johanna is originally from Belvidere. She and her husband Chuck live there with their 3 children: Jacob (18), Caitlin (16) and Luke (13). She enjoys spending free time with her family and friends. Derek joins Dickerson and Nieman Realtors as a new licensee after over 14 years in marketing for a wide range of industries including biosciences, aerospace/defense, technology and steelmaking. During this time he learned how to develop compelling messaging by listening to the needs of the market. He has always been interested in real estate. He feels there is something about walking into a house and looking for the potential. With the right attitude it can be such a positive experience.
