Dickerson & Nieman Bests Rockford Real Estate Market
Once again Dickerson & Nieman beat the pants off# the Rockford market in sales in 2013! We sold 1,650 homes and condos in 2013, up from 1,508 properties in 2012. Rockford Area Realtors sold 4,081 homes and condos in 2013, up from 3,815 properties in 2012. Overall we grew our business at a rate 34% higher than the total market (or other Rockford Realtors and firms!). Dickerson & Nieman 2012-2013 sales growth - 9.4% Rockford Area Realtors 2012-2013 sales growth - 7% Dickerson & Nieman beat the market in other key measures too. The DN average price of $126,910 was 22% higher than the Rockford market average of $103,838. The number of DN new listings also rose almost 15% over 2012 to 1,360 properties. Rockford Area Realtors overall grew total market listings just 0.6%. That means DN grew our all-important new listings at 25 times the rate of the market.
