The Rockford Area Plumbing, Pipefitting and Refrigeration Joint Apprenticeship Committee will be accepting applications for apprenticeship on the following dates from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Wednesday, October 1, 2014 and Wednesday, October 8, 2014
Wednesday, November 5, 2014 and Wednesday, November 12, 2014
Wednesday, December 3, 2014 and Wednesday, December 10, 2014
Wednesday, January 7, 2015 and Wednesday, January 14, 2015
Cashier's Check or Money Order payable to JATC for $20.00 (non-refundable application fee)
*Valid/current driver's license or State issued ID card
Transcripts in unopened officially sealed school envelope or GED results. If applicant is unable to bring transcripts on date of application, they must be submitted unopened, with official seal, or faxed directly from your school or GED office to the training department (fax 815-397-8912) and be received no later than the last day of the month in which you apply.
Any trade-related training and experience-supporting documentation must be submitted no later than the last day of the month in which you apply.
If all of the above requirements are met within the specified time frames, applicants will take aptitude test in February. Those applicants earning a 60% or above on the test will be scheduled for an interview in March.
APTITUDE TEST STUDY GUIDES ARE AVAILABLE IN TRAINING DEPARTMENT FOR $10.00 - CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.
