Rockford, IL Water Parks

Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens – Rockford's Tropical Paradise
Dickerson and Nieman is proud that he Rockford area has so much to offer nature lovers! The Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens brings the tropics to the Midwest. The facility is the third largest conservatory in Illinois and is located along the banks of the Rock River. The 22,000 square-foot conservatory includes an 11,000 square foot plant exhibition with water features, sculptures, seating areas all in a tropical plant setting. Seasonal floral displays are also featured as well as educational programs where children can learn the importance of plants. The top producing real estate agents from Dickerson & Nieman were recognized Thursday at their annual awards event. The Double Diamond Award for sales over $10 million was presented to both Steve Clark and John & Diane Dowd for their 2012 production. Diamond Award winners included Mark Payne, Jayne Ragan, Joe Contarino, Ray Young and Frank Wehrstein.
